I usually go by Hakukumo as my online handle. Ummm, I like a bunch of different things so I'll sometimes reblog them but I tend to 'like' things more. I sometimes cosplay? But I won't put a lot of that on here I don't think. =J

19. What is your worst cosplay memory?

Umm, I don’t have very epic bad experiences… but to this day I still remember this one time years and years ago when I was cosplaying Tomoyo-hime from Tsubasa.  I was walking with my friend, and all of a sudden this girl with cat ears and a tail approaches me and starts meow-ing.  Then she starts batting with her hands at the dangling piece to my head piece accessory.  I was starting to freak out since a) I don’t do well with strangers, especially years ago when I was waaaay younger; b) I spent a crap ton of effort into my head piece and I’m terrified that it’ll break coz it’s not really the strongest thing ever.  So I calmly ask her to stop at first, but then her fingers got caught in the strings of my head piece and I was mortified to feel a bit of pull.  I don’t really remember exactly what I said but I might have mentioned something along the lines of, “What is wrong with you?! Stop!!”  She kinda just looked at me with a blank face and went away after that.  I mean, it’s nice and all you decided to be a cat-girl, but please, PLEASE, respect people’s personal space, especially with strangers. D8

There’s another one I can add to this: a couple of years ago, I was cosplaying Ciel with an outfit that had these accessories on it.  I was, once again, standing in an open space somewhere in a convention centre.  I was just chatting with my friend at the time, when all of a sudden I hear “OMGBOCCHAAAAAAAAN” and while watching my friend’s face change into a look of horror, I feel an impact from behind me as arms of a stranger suddenly surround me.  It was a glomp.  Fortunately, the offender was not super huge, otherwise I would have plummeted to the ground.  Unfortunately however, I never knew what the perpetrator looked like because I had an eye patch on and she was behind me the entire time.  After she successfully stunned me and achieved her goal, she ran away as quick as she could before I could regain my senses.  At the same time, one of my pins fell to the floor after the impact.  I looked on in shock as my friend regained her senses and asked me if I was ok.  When I regained mine, I looked up at my friend and then back down at my pin.  I was actually pretty furious.  My friend then told me it was a random Italy cosplayer from Hetalia.

We later went to grab cheesecake to soothe my pains and anguish.
