I’ve cosplayed to a few…
I’ve started out with the local Anime Evolution (AE), and uh.. that kinda went under because of reasons…
I also frequent Sakura-con every year since 2005. I went to Anime Expo (AX) twice when they were still at Anaheim (I miss Disneyland XD). I’ve been to Kumoricon and Akicon a couple of times. In 2010, I went to the Victoria Steam Exposition. Last year I went to Fanime for my first time!
There’s also some small local annual events that are starting~ and currently I’m thinking of going to Fan Expo Vancouver, MiniComi and Cos & Effect this year. =3
I’ve also been to Asia Game Show one time in HK. That was an experience, lol! XD
I enjoy going to cons in the states (I don’t count my local ones coz they never get guests I’m interested in… OTL) more than overseas. I just like the atmosphere more, and the attendees are a lot more chill and friendly in comparison… But then again, it’s really who you go with and who you meet that makes your con, I think. So, enjoy your time there the best you can! =3
